ABOUT JULIA


Julia is an RYT-200 and RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, an ISSA Certified Running Coach, an ISSA Ceritified Weight Management Specialist, an ISSA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, located in Utah. She has practiced yoga for over 30 years. Julia is certified in yoga anatomy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, adaptive yoga, and the Yoga for Seniors Krucoff-Carlson method.

Julia provides fun and engaging yoga & fitness sessions for adults of all ages. She has experience working with younger adults, active older adults, seniors, and individuals with mobility challenges.

Julia is a mother, grandmother, the spouse of a retired law enforcement officer, and an avid amateur runner (moving meditation!). She has embraced activity and nutrition for stress management over the course of a 30+ year career in corporate/finance leadership. She had the unique opportunity to act as caregiver for her parents through their end of life journeys with Alzheimer's and cancer. Julia loves connecting with others and helping to empower them in their own health adventures.
